Here at Whittles we’ve been working hard to find our customer favourites. Dishes that people order the most, small plates that are incredibly popular, and cocktails that people love to order whatever day of the week it is.
We’ve decided to celebrate these customer favourites and share information about the methods and ingredients that we use in them that makes them so special. It’s a great way for us to show you what we do here, even if you haven’t visited us yet.

Shaken by our Bar Manager Mark, the Jungle Bird Cocktail is, finished off beautifully with a pineapple garnish. As a cocktail, it’s not too sweet but full of flavour. The Jungle Bird is a delicious and tropical treat, that really fits with the theme of Whittles, and we love it!
You may have heard us mention it before, but our most popular small plate is our soufflé. A light and fluffy choice, that allows you to feel decedent and fancy, without the after feeling of being too full.
The perfect Soufflé is a mix of confidence and preparation. And ours is no different.
We think Cheddar makes the best savory tasting soufflé, and it tastes best straight out of the oven, filling the entire restaurant with the smell of golden cheese.
Chef's Tip: To make the perfect soufflé, you must make sure that all of your ingredients are at room temperature before you prepare your dish! Especially your eggs!
